Students on this course will learn the traditional methods of making bread, along with a few more modern variations. We will be using old fashioned stone-ground flours to make beautiful loaves and pizzas. In the afternoon we will visit Mike's pride & joy, a fabulous outside stone bread oven and use it to cook off some of the breadsMike Robinson:Mike is a regular presenter and guest chef on UKTV Food's daily live show Great Food Live, and also presents numerous mini series for UKTV Food.
